About the Role
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior SAP FI/CO Associate Consultant to join our growing team in Hitech City, Hyderabad. This role is ideal for finance and accounting professionals who have transitioned into SAP and are eager to kickstart their consulting careers in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our core team to support SAP financial and controlling implementations, configurations, and client support operations. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FI/CO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling).
Bridge the gap between core accounting principles and SAP system functionalities.
Collaborate with senior consultants to gather business requirements and map them to SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Help troubleshoot day-to-day user issues, perform system testing, and prepare end-user documentation.
Participate in data migration activities and support post-go-live operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Competencies (SAP)
Must have undergone formal SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO training from a reputable institute.
SAP Certification (e.g., C_TS4FI) is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
Strong conceptual understanding of FI sub-modules: New General Ledger (NGL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting.
Good understanding of CO sub-modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
Good Understanding of SAP S/4HANA user interface (Fiori launchpad vs. GUI).
Domain Experience (Crucial)
1–3 years of hands-on experience in core accounting or finance (e.g., Accountant, Accounts Executive, Financial Analyst).
Strong grasp of financial statements, journal entries, bank reconciliation (BRS), taxation, and month-end closing processes.
Soft Skills & Education
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA/CMA Inter).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Quick learner with a strong desire to build a long-term career in SAP consulting.
